PCRA Forum Rules & Policy Disclosure

• Be respectful and courteous at all times.

• All posts must be on-topic.

• Commercial advertising is not permitted.  Any post deemed to be self-promoting or advertising will be removed.

• Any language that is deemed to be abusive, harassing, profane, threatening, and defamatory or that incites bigotry, hatred or physical harm against any group or individual will be removed.

• Use your own words.  Plagiarism is unethical and at times illegal.  Messages posted for or on behalf of someone else will be removed.  By posting you represent that you have the copyright to material posted and that you can prove such or that the material is in the public domain and that it will not infringe on the rights or interest of others.

• Any post that violates federal or state anti-trust laws or other laws prohibiting anticompetitive practices is illegal and prohibited.  It is a violation of federal antitrust law to advocate or organize a boycott of any vendor or customer.

This forum is centered on the profession of court reporting.  Any post relating to ideological, religious or political matters will be removed.  Failure to abide by these rules may result in editing or deletion of your post.  PCRA reserves the right to ban abusers of the above rules from the forums and the right to change or amend these rules at any time in the future.
